Internal Furnishings

Dining chairs and tables (as above)

Our dining package consists of handmade hardwood chairs with cross back detail and light khaki coloured seat cushions. The dining table is 54 inches long and 36 inches wide and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Queen Size Sleigh Bed

Our Queen sized sleigh beds are hand-crafted in plantation grown hardwood. This is a great example of this timeless French classic. Soft, low gloss finish is hand rubbed enhancing the natural beauty of the wood
PLEASE NOTE Due to their size these beds are only suitable for units on floors 1-4 (excluding 1D,2D,3D ).

Cambridge Sectional Sofa

Our classic Cambridge sectional sofa with chaise is stylish, comfortable and sociable with the added advantage of being able to occassionally sleep 2 people. Colour – light Olive.

Bedside Tables/Nightstands

Our bedside chest has one drawer and one shelf and is made from hardwood with a stone top. All hardware is brushed nickel. Designed to be practical, hard–wearing and stylish.
Dimensions 28 inches high x 17 inches wide x 14 inches deep

Entertainment Armoire

Our entertainment Armoire features 2 drawers, 2 pocket doors, 2 removable shelves and rear access. Designed to match and compliment our other wood furniture – this is a design classic. Hardware in brushed nickel. Dimensions 72 inches high x 44 inches wide x 24 inches deep

Curtains

Neutral lined – linen type curtains on swish tracking with pelmet. Bay is 12-14 ft in length – as featured in internal photographs

Linen, Crockery, Cutlery Etc

List available upon request – its everything you would need to open the door and start living! All part of Brownes stylish Signature range.

Outdoor Furniture

Brownes stylish outdoor furniture range is fabricated from all–weather wicker weave.
This minimizes ongoing maintenance – typically associated with teak furniture.
Ground and first floor units come with the complete set whilst units on floors 2–4 (with a balcony) include a dining table and up to 4 chairs.
